Job Description

A business consulting company based in Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Representative (Freelance - Bali Based)

Responsibilities:

  • Become the representative of the company in Indonesia
  • Assist the head of the company on administrative matters, such as deliver documents, meet with notary, visit the bank, etc
  • Create a cryptocurrency account
  • Meet with local partners and suppliers on behalf of the company
  • Handle basic admin tasks, such as delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, and data entry
  • Act as the point of contact in Indoneisa on behalf of the company
  • Understanding and promoting company programs
  • Answering partner's questions about terms, products, prices, and availability
  • Maintain and develop internal reports

Requirements:

  • Indonesian Citizen
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication
  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Responsibility and punctuality
  • Neat and tidy appearance
  • Skills in multitasking and good time-management
  • Cheerful, outgoing, free-spirited and proactive
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess a willingness to learn new things and a flexible attitude
  • Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem-solver
