Job Description

Daily stand up

Review/prepare documents

Liaise with other teams for alignment and to understand their needs

Handle legal initiatives (building trackers, moving documents to PA, etc.)

Provide rapid and accurate legal support

Improve Contracting Process in Kargo: (i) handle initiatives to improve contracting process, (ii) prepare template documents, (iii) set up process, etc (will be determined based on needs)

Ensure Compliance and Legal Safety: (i) implement compliant business structures, (ii) process licenses and permits, (iii) maintain certain reporting to the government.
Has good initiatives and able to operate independently.

4-5 years of experience, could be less if the candidate demonstrated a good knowledge of law

Fluent English
