Responsible of managing product readiness, training and
development, technical support, equipment management and customer engagement in after
sales business
<Job Responsibilities>
Develop Product Readiness includes but not limited to readiness of OMM, P/C, Inspection
Check sheet, F/R Labor and Product Certificate.
Develop Standard Equipment Maintenance Management to promote service as a business.
Manage Service Department and Service Network organization readiness includes but not
limited to Training & Assessment Program, Service activity promotion and evaluation, Digital
Tutorial and Education Material, Service Tools and Facility, and Service Award Program.
Manage Product and Customer Issue, convey comprehensive solution and
Manage Service System & Procedures and support Company ISO implementation.
Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree in Agricultural, Mechanical / Electrical / industrial Engineering
・Business English proficiency
・Min. 5 years as Assistant Manager or Senior Supervisor of Service Department from Agriculture Machinery / Automotive or similar industry
・Min. 5 years in developing product maintenance strategy & maintenance planning, doing after sales service operations, handling customer engagement, technical training, development program and business process development
・Proficient in MS Office application and reporting tool
・Responsible, hard working, smart, flexible, good communications skill, good interpersonal skills
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Deep understanding of IoT
・Six Sigma Certified
・ISO Certified
・Able to speak Japanese
Having basic knowledge in computer technology esspecially in Hardware and Network.
Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelorâs Degree, Masterâs Degree.
Maintain and further develop professional supervisory management to effectively control and advance operations.
Maintain standard âHospital Cleanâ Housekeeping.
