Job Description

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Communication/Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience as an Event Leader in a related field (Mall or Shopping Centre).
  • Have a database for international/national events.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and a teamplayer.
  • Able to lead, develop and manage people.
  • Willing to be placed in Mall Kelapa Gading.


Job Descriptions

  • Planning,conceptualizing,and managing interesting events to increase visitor traffic.
  • Monitor, analyze, and adjust budget calculations as needed in order to get the best deal for space and cost.
  • Develop, monitor, and manage advertising and promotions of events using brochures, cold calling, social media to attract attention.
  • Analyze event performance and review presentation metrics to provide suggestions for analyzing gaps in order to achieve event goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for activities with the intention of increasing brand awareness and image of Mall KelapaGading.
  • Conduct a program survey of various event activities from outside parties(other competitors).
