Kualifikasi:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management / Law / Psychology or other relevant fields.
Min 2 years experience as a HR&GA / HR Generalist / HC Supervisor
Understanding HR and Legal regulation
Ability to multi-task and be highly organized
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Great communications skills

Responsible to organize training and develop manpower, include : planning, recruiting, and development.
Propose SOP & HR Policies to ensure these rules are effectively implemented on site.
Plan the compensation & Benefits (including BPJS, allowance, and incentive).
Ensure a HR Administration (employee data, employee contract, and attendance).
Legal and Industrial Relations function.
Handling General Affair stuff (office building, office equipment, office vehicles).
Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
