Job Description:
  • Make a work plan for the implementation of cleanliness, pest control, garden maintenance and building sanitation.
  • Inspect all areas within the building and surrounding areas to ensure standards of cleanliness, tidiness, beauty, and comfort.
  • Controlling the availability of manpower, equipment, materials for cleaning operations and supervising their use according to predetermined standard procedures.
  • Carry out supervisory duties on the performance of House Keeping subcontractors.
  • Make regular reports regarding the implementation of housekeeping activities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in any major.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as Housekeeping Coordinator in retail/shopping center.
  • Experienced in leading a team of sub-contractors.
  • Computer Literate (Ms. Office).
  • Have the ability to prioritize work.
  • Willing to be placed in Kawasan Mall Mangga Dua,Jakarta.
