  • Male, max. 45 years old
  • S1 Electrical Engineering
  • Min. 3 years experience in Building Management
  • Have leadership skills and responsible for controlling of building operation
  • Can make job planning (about building work and maintenance equipment)
  • Responsible for building activity report
  • Familiar with cooling technique, generators, preventive maintenance and building operations
  • Computer literate and able to speak English (min. passive)
  • Preferably understand ISO 9001 : 2008
  • Honest, loyal and able to work hard
