Hence we are looking for someone that will collaborate together with the rest of the Recruiters to be one who introducing a newly hired employee into our DANAM8s.
What is it like to be our Onboarding Associate?
End-to-end operational onboarding starts from preparing the supporting documents for the upcoming talents, induction presentation, keeping eye on the new joiners' probation period, until they passed probation.
Manage several stakeholders, including the IT team, Line and Team Manager, People Services, and General Affairs.
Design and implement onboarding strategy including developing learning & engagement, and branding for the new hires.
Manage all the onboarding administration, including the new hire database.
Collect, and analyze the onboarding evaluation from all stakeholders.
What criteria are we looking for?
A self-starter individual from ANY background with resilience and determination to achieve success.
Experienced within Onboarding activities, internships are acceptable.
Preferably someone with exposure in a fast-paced environment or juggling multiple priorities.
Excellent command of English in speaking and writing is a must, with strong relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to propose creative and innovative solutions to create an onboarding program.
