Regional Operations department is where diversity takes place. As a branch of Quality department, Continuous Improvement objectives are to strengthen and to improve the successful initiatives Ninjavan Operations have implemented. As part of Regional Ops function, each member is given a chance to share their ideas and experiences to improve the existing skills bandwith in the department. Working in a diverse team opens a dialogue and promotes creativity. One imperative hobby being involved in CI team is that you must enjoy travelling. This function requires the candidate to constantly travel to all the countries we operate in. It tasks to develop methodologies and to execute plans utilizing process improvement tools to allow business processes functions more efficiently. As a Regional CI PIC, this function has crucial roles to oversee Regional audit initiatives and to coordinate countries CI projects. The candidate must possess high level of English proficiency and communication skills to communicate effectively with a diverse team of our counterparts in each of the countries. Job Description

    • Assist the local Continuous Improvement to develop the project plan, milestones and timeline.
    • As a facilitator for development and socialization of new and revised SOPs.
    • Document audits and other Continuous Improvement activities
    • Build a regular communication with the local Continuous Improvement to ensure the initiatives are well implemented and completed in timely manner.
    • Proactively in identifying and executing business improvement opportunities.
    • Manage various problem solving and analytical driven project.
    • Produce accurate and comprehensive improvement report.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree from any major. Preferably Industrial Engineer.
    • Master’s degree would be beneficial
    • Graduate overseas will be a plus
    • Six Sigma experience is a plus
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in Project Management and or Continuous Improvement
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to engage a cross-functional team towards a desired outcome
    • Dynamic thinking and problem-solving abilities
    • Must be able to travel domestically & internationally
