You will be working as part of the West Region ID team that manages Grab Car, Grab Bike, Grab Express and Grab Kiosk business operations. We are responsible for developing and driving the right strategy to win the market and shaping ideal supply demand equilibrium while building a sustainable business model.
Get to know the Role
We are looking for a City Lead Pematangsiantar to lead projects, strategies and operations for Transport, Delivery & Kiosk. We believe a successful candidate has the skill of data analysis, strategic thinking and project management, but if you believe you have what it takes then we’d love to hear from you either way.
Day-to-Day Activities
Represent Grab in relationship with government and public/private sector stakeholders to ensure regulation compliance.
Build strong relationships with driver communities in the city and conducting regular engagement events.
Build strong relationships with partners & merchants. Continuously engage our partners & merchants and listen to their needs, feedback, and stay in close communications, ensuring the partners and merchants are growing with you and the company.
Coordinate with different department to plan and execute any changes involving programs, incentives, promos, event.
Monitor the performance of the city, and create special projects to reach targets.
Lead and guide the team in Pematangsiantar to achieve their respective goals.
Updated knowledge of company products and services.
The Must Haves
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in operations management (FMCG, Telco, or start-up/tech Industry).
Strong leadership, public speaking skill and analytical skill, familiar with data analyzing in order to make decisions.
Strong people and stakeholder management experience.
Understand how to build processes, with great communication/interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate in English (reading & writing).
Ability to work independently and deal effectively with complex, changing and ambiguous environment.
Dispacth the service request or incident report to respective PIC as per Defined and Monitoring the progress of Fullfilment/Resolution according to respectedâ¦
