  • Merancang dan menerapkan modifikasi peralatan secara cost-effective
  • Mengembangkan spesifikasi proyek
  • Mengembangkan, menguji dan mengevaluasi desain teoritis
  • Membahas dan memecahkan masalah kompleks dengan departemen manufaktur, sub-kontraktor, supplier dan pelanggan
  • Memastikan produk dapat dibuat dan akan bekerja secara konsisten di lingkungan operasi tertentu
  • Mengelola proyek dengan menggunakan prinsip rekayasa dan teknik
  • Merencanakan dan merancang proses produksi baru
  • Merekomendasikan modifikasi setelah hasil tes prototipe
  • Mempertimbangkan dampak dari isu-isu seperti kendala biaya, keselamatan dan waktu
  • Memantau pabrik dan sistem
