Job Description

A training and consultancy company based in Dubai is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Admin (Part-Time, Remote, SALARY IDR 3,500,000)

Responsibilities:

  • Help during virtual delivery of training, being online with them and moving participants to different chat rooms
  • Send brief to email addresses
  • Chasing up participants
  • Resending link
  • Solving technical issues
  • Working with virtual meeting applications like google meets, zoom, and Microsoft teams.
  • Social outreach and information that relates to the company

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven experience as admin, assistant or related position
  • Knowledge about google meets, zoom and Microsoft teams
  • Familiarity with canva would be a plus
  • Comfortable with technologies
  • Organized and easy to work with

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 4 per week
