Job Desk:

Membuat data training (Intents/Training Phrases/Responses) untuk chatbot,
Melakukan maintenance untuk akurasi/performance dari ChatBot
Melakukan training kembali untuk dapat melakukan improvement dari performance chatbot.
Requirement:

Memiliki pengalaman training Chatbot min. 1 tahun atau memiliki pengalaman sebagai quality assurance atau call center
Akan lebih baik jika memiliki sertifikasi NLP
Detail oriented and technology savvy

Contract length: 3 months

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak

Gaji: Dari Rp4.000.000 per bulan

Pendidikan:

D1-D4 (Diwajibkan)

Pengalaman:

Call Center/Chatbot/Quality Assurance: 1 tahun (Diwajibkan)

Lisensi/Sertifikasi:

Sertifikasi NLP (Diutamakan)
