Job Description

Job Descriptions:
  • Assist the Building Maintenance and Improvement Section Head in planning, maintenance, enhancing, and monitoring the condition of building facilities and infrastructure, especially in the mechanical (escalator/travelator/elevator) and plumbing fields.
  • Responsible for design, specification, cost, and supervision of the implementation of work in the field.
  • Supervise and inspect the installation, modification and commissioning of mechanical or pluming systems.
  • Responsibel for write reports and document.
  • Handle internal and external complaints.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 year of experience as Mechanical Coordinator at shopping center/mall.
  • Computer literacy (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design.
  • Good leadership and analyze data.
  • Able to make Maintenance Mechanical Building Budget and Work plan.
  • Willing to be placed in Mall Ambasador, South Jakarta.
