HSE Officer





YOUR TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Ensuring EHS Management System Compliance (ISO14001; ISO 9001, ISO 45001 SMK3)
  • Maintain INTELEX system reporting (incident, accident, work hours, mileage, etc)
  • Ensuring implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Regulation at site
  • Regular reporting every 3 months for activities related with assignment as AK3 to Ministry of Manpower or Manpower Agency Perform monitoring, inspection, analysis and evaluated the requirement of occupational health and safety include tools and equipment at workplace at site
  • Daily monitoring the safe work of employee, and feedback once found unsafe working or not comply to safety standard Working with BBS team
  • Update and share weekly activities, finding, action progress related to ESH to management
  • Responsible as Secretary P2K3 and coordinate regular P2K3 meeting on site
  • Coordinate Environmental Measurement and Monitoring working with each department at site
  • Ensuring regular reporting of UKL/UPL and Waste Disposal to Dinas Lingkungan Hidup completed
  • Working with OM for implementation of Industrial Hygiene Program at site
  • Execute and plan improvement through near miss and safety suggestion report
  • Maintain stock minimum PPE

WHO YOU ARE


  • Education: Preferable as bachelor degree in Safety/Environment
  • Relevant experiences: Having experience in 2 years as HSE Officer
  • Main competencies for the Job: Certified AK3 Umum, focus, discipline, collaborates
  • Communication: Capable communication in English and detail orientation
