Job Description

Provide strategic suggestions and identify proactive opportunities

Proactively identify digital marketing trends taking place and suggest potential next steps and implications

Develop marketing strategy based on trends, consumer behavior, and business objectives

Produce & supervise digital strategy, campaign/activities, esign, content, technology, media, influencers, brand/industry trends & benchmarks activities.

Analyze project performance & initiate optimization in order to meet project OKR.

Maintain multiple retaining projects as planned to be monitored & optimized to meet the OKR.

Analyze, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals

Execute performance ads on different platforms and give insight and analysis
Minimum 2 years of working in an advertising agency.

Positive attitude and enjoys working in a fast-paced digital media.

Enjoy both teamwork & working individually.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Willing to work at our office in Jakarta (WFO)
