Duties and Responsibilities

Work under the Ex Sous Chef Supervision related to checking, receiving, reporting goods from our supplier and basic support in the culinary operation during his free time.
Ensure that products meet standards of quality and safety after pass checking from receiving team.
Ensure all products are according to the standard quality before sending to the food production area and test products if necessarily needed to meet hotel standard of product.
Inspect products purchased by hotel from suppliers and maintain communication with receiving team in order to ensure the supplier that is used by the Food Production area meets specified requirements.
Responsible on daily basis to deliver and dispatch all goods to kitchen production area only.
Ensure all food is checked and received by kitchen outlet representative.
Write and present a report of food that has been conducted daily if there is not meet as per food production needs and show the findings to Executive Sous Chef
Responsible for checking all good receive as per the food production area quality meets.
Having the basic cooking skill and handle kitchen equipment for support designated kitchen outlets.
Help and supports daily operational in the kitchen
