SHE ADMINISTRATION

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and control SHE documents & report regarding safety compliance/activities across Branches & Business Unit
Ensure completeness of SHE Audit (internal & external) & Incident Investigation documents
Manage scheduling & agenda for all SHE Team
Improve self-competencies through relevant and effective training and development program

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor Degree (S1) in any major
2 year experience in administration/management
Experiance English both in oral and writing
Proficient in MS Office and “back-office” software
In depth knowledge of office management
Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
Multi-tasking skill and Organizational Knowledge
Attention to detail
Effective Communication Skills & Good decision-making skills
