Job Requirement

Kualifikasi :

  • Laki-laki, sehat, tidak buta warna, diutamakan tidak berkaca mata
  • Usia pelamar maksimal 22 Tahun pada saat dilakukan proses seleksi
  • Pendidikan SMK, dengan Nilai Rata-Rata minimal 6.5, jurusan sebagai berikut:
1. Teknik Instalasi Tenaga Listrik
2. Teknik Otomotif
3. Teknik Mesin
  • Diutamakan pernah mengikuti pelatihan teknis sesuai bidang kejuruan
  • Bersedia bekerja shift dan ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah operasional Bogasari

Tahapan Seleksi :

  • Seleksi Administrasi (membawa lamaran lengkap: fotocopy KTP, Ijazah, SKHUN, & sertifikat pelatihan (jika ada))
  • Tes Buta Warna
  • Psikotes
  • Interview
  • Tes Kesehatan (MCU)

Mengikuti program pemagangan sebagai operator selama 12 (dua belas) bulan dengan metode in class dan OJT
