Occasionally manage the outsourcing of video deliverables to freelancers; monitor the budget for freelance & vendor expenses
Working closely with Leadership to determine and enforce priorities that maintain the required pace and quality expectations for creative output

Job Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Work experience 2 to 3+ years experience and demonstration of success in the creative industry (preferable having experience in a creative agency or a similar company)
Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills
Mastery of time management multitasking and attention to detail
Capable of providing clear constructive feedback of creative work
Ability to work well under stress in a fast-paced environment bringing to bear strong problem-solving skills
Excellent prioritization relies on a clear understanding of company goals and departmental needs
Ability to work across multiple business units and collaborate with all stakeholders on projects and initiatives
Ability to quickly master and enthusiastically tackle new challenges
Diligence in proactively communicating needed information issues and solutions
