Job Description

Job Description Assist Condition Monitoring Analyst in optimizing major component lives by fulfilling compliance of data and analysis in terms of machine data management, fluids data management, contamination control as well as monitoring and following up CM administration tasks within CMMS system.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma Degree (D2/D3) in Mechanical/Automotive/Electric/Civil/Industrial Engineering, or minimum 2 years or more Heavy Equipment Mechanical backgrounds
  • Has one year or more of general experience in Condition Monitoring & Machine Application tools (SOS, VIMS, ET, VHMS, INSITE, etc.) is an advantageous
  • Has general knowledge in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management and Concepts
  • Good experience in computer literatures
  • Fair in English both oral and written
  • Preferable to have light vehicle driving license (SIM A)
  • Able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Support HSE programs and the environmental management system to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standards and requirements
  • Technical Condition Monitoring data collection and management (SOS, Machine Electronic Data, UC and GET analysis, etc.)
  • Technical Condition Monitoring data analysis, reporting, follow-up action and recommendation
  • Machine Backlog Provision and support to Maintenance and Planning team
  • Participation and support on Asset CI initiatives and trials on site.
