Job Description

Plan and execute the end-to-end recruiting process, including onboard new employees
Ensuring a positive candidate experience
Refine sourcing strategy, innovate talent acquisition channel (social media, referral program, etc.)
Build a strong, credible relationship with senior leaders, hiring managers and other critical stakeholders in company, providing talent insights and fulfilling current talent needs

Having 1-2 year recruitment experience, preferably has experience as TA specialist/recruiter in head hunter or BPO company
Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or relevant fields
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Bahasa
Having good initiatives and high willingness to learn and grow
Able to work and deliver on more than one hiring project simultaneously
