Job Description

Global Nielsen Media fuels the media industry with unbiased, reliable data about what people watch and listen to. At the core of our data is our Field & Call Center associates, who connect and build personal relationships with consumers to collect data on TV, Radio, and Digital Device consumption.
ABOUT THE ROLE The role involves identifying programs and promotions. You will be working towards our daily data delivery to clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

    • You will be working towards our daily data delivery to clients.
    • General data entry of documents and administrative duties as required.
    • Generate reports as required.
    • Provide administrative support to the team

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

    • Fast typing skills
    • Reliable and always on time
    • Fluent in English with excellent spelling and listening skills
    • Attention to detail and accuracy
    • Competent computer skills and confidence to learn new software
    • Ability to keep to deadlines and stay focused on repetitive work
    • Basic research skills (such as internet search)
    • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, within a global company
    • Experience or interest in the media business or market research (preferred)
    • Proven experience with fast and accurate Data Entry (preferred)
