Job description:

Develop a clear framework and methodology for strategic assessment, planning, and development of operations physical infrastructure that enables the business strategic visions and plans
Develop the blueprints and implement facilities design standards to ensure the quality and consistency of infrastructure physical network
Lead and direct the professional teams on planning, design, and construction of physical infrastructure. Ensure that approaches to construction project management are highly effective, consistently patterned after proven industry practices, and in compliance with environmental and occupational health and safety regulations
Ensure high level of rigor and accountability in overseeing infrastructure development and construction projects, including project budget management and cost control, scope of work monitoring, and stakeholders management
Develop a comprehensive and strategic approach to infrastructure maintenance, ensure that facilities operations are optimized and proactive to stakeholders and company's needs

Requirements:

Education background in engineering, construction management, or other relevant technical fields
At least 10+ years of related experience, of which including at least 5 years of leadership experience
Demonstrated past success of planning, developing, and implementing complex strategic infrastructure and facilities planning that require effective management of resources over short and long time frames, large contract negotiations and vendor management, risk assessment and budget management
Strong knowledge about fundamental principles of infrastructure design, landscape and building constructions, and facilities management and maintenance operations
Demonstrated knowledge in environmental and occupational health and safety regulations

Ability to work effectively and purposefully during crises and emergency response conditions
