Responsibilities:
Conceptualize campaigns
Social Media experiences
Ability to work with websites (Wix, Shopify; willing to learn)
Simple copy writing skills
Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
Layout and design graphics and production for product/service documentation and printed and digital collateral
Develop graphics for emails, banner ads, website, poster, flyer and social media campaigns
Create illustrations, diagrams, storyboards, and narratives to be used in presentations
Unique ability to translate product/service requirements into thoughtful designs that push the product/service forward
Takes direction and input from supervisor to create design solutions that meet and exceed the company's design standards
Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
Ability to manage timelines and workload
Great attitude, highly collaborative, able to work in a dynamic start-up environment
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
3-6 years of experience in graphic design
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design apps
Possess photography and video editing skills
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
