Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, supervise, and manage HR Operations team which covers employee paperworks, industrial relations, external relations, and others.
  • Supervise General Affairs team in managing and maintaining company facility and asset.
  • Evaluate, develope, and implement Human Resources and General Affairs strategies and initiatives, while aligning with the company’s plan and direction.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of Human Resources and General Affairs.
  • Assist Senior HRGA Manager in matters pertaining to human resources management, labor law activities, and coordination with Management team.
  • Maintain a high-performing, team-oriented, and dedicated workforce by giving a clear supervision.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or People Operations. Prior work experience in Tech Company is a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR Operations and General Affairs.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Deep understanding of HR business process and attention to details.
  • Have excellent analytical thinking and communication skills.
  • Possess strong leadership and management abilities in order to effectively manage teams and achieve goals.
  • Self-driven individual with high ownership and a sense of accomplishment.
