Lead, supervise, and manage HR Operations team which covers employee paperworks, industrial relations, external relations, and others.
Supervise General Affairs team in managing and maintaining company facility and asset.
Evaluate, develope, and implement Human Resources and General Affairs strategies and initiatives, while aligning with the company’s plan and direction.
Manage the day-to-day operations of Human Resources and General Affairs.
Assist Senior HRGA Manager in matters pertaining to human resources management, labor law activities, and coordination with Management team.
Maintain a high-performing, team-oriented, and dedicated workforce by giving a clear supervision.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or People Operations. Prior work experience in Tech Company is a plus.
In-depth knowledge of HR Operations and General Affairs.
Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
Deep understanding of HR business process and attention to details.
Have excellent analytical thinking and communication skills.
Possess strong leadership and management abilities in order to effectively manage teams and achieve goals.
Self-driven individual with high ownership and a sense of accomplishment.
