Job Description

As Statistics Process Control (SPC) Engineer you will oversee the plant-wide process SPC, driving manufacturing to ensure the critical parameters are within the control and follow the OCAP. You are representing the local SPC team in dealing with the entire Infineon network to standardize the SPC practices in Infineon Batam facilities.
In your new role you will:
  • SIte lead for SPC to enabler improvement activities and govern Quality Management System on Statistical Process Control
  • New product enabler into SPC system/tools from all Development projects/activities start DOE, until Pre-Safe Launch release
  • Enabler acceleration of manufacturing stability from SPC analysis
  • Chair and conduct SPC Management review at a defined frequency
  • Implementing and maintaining the SPC Systems according to the Regulation and Control Plan
  • Establish and maintain local procedures and/ or training manuals that complement the implementation of SPC systems
  • Regular verification of SPC effectiveness via audit and analysis of process capabilities, process stability
  • Ongoing interpretation of actual data and critical check of the necessity of control charts.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree major in Mathematics, Statistics, or Electrical Engineering
  • At least min 3 years of semiconductor quality or engineering working experience.
  • Good Knowledge of statistical techniques and SPC
  • Systematic and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Audit and management system experience
