Consciously put effort to understand the market of teachers, including competitors, consumer habits and preferences, in the context of schooling and beyond
Define and evaluate ZenRu's brand identity with regards to our target market
Translate brand identity into ZenRu's multiple activities and communication channel
Execute campaign, online and offline, from end to end, including planning, monitoring, making amends when necessary and executing
Identify business opportunities within the brand identity and work with other divisions to explore the opportunities
Bachelor's Degree in Advertising/Media/Marketing/Branding/Comms is preferred, but not required
Previous experience as a digital marketing or campaign ops is a plus point
Understanding about customer (teachers') insight is a plus point
Experience in managing online and offline marketing activities
Leading the entire recruitment process, including advertising, interviewing, package negotiation, feedback, reference check etc. in accordance with companyâ¦
