Job Description

  • Handle customer complaint.
  • Process order which distributor submitted by elub.
  • Check goods in stock and consult with Sales team when the goods requested are not available at the moment and to agree on a postponed delivery date until the goods are ready.
  • Prepare the Sales Order (as confirmation order) and send it to distributor.
  • Assist the distributor for any revision on the Order and prepare a revised Sales Order.
  • Split Sales Order on the system for ready stock and not-ready stock.
  • Issue SJ and send it to Logistic team (for delivery by Sea-freight) and to transporter (for delivery by Road) for a delivery order and to distributor for a self-collect order.
  • Co-ordinate with Finance and Sales team in update on A/R status, in order to smoothen sales order processing, and wait for a clearance confirmation from Finance team.
  • Prepare Invoicing as soon as Logistic team has updated the Post Good Issue status for the order.
  • Update order status and advise it in the timely and regular manner (weekly / monthly).
  • Make sure to achieve target KPI.
  • Provide OTIF Report and coordinate adhoc projects such as Customer Satisfaction Survey.
  • Pass the technical information (COA) from PQA & Procurement team to customer and distributors (based on request).
  • Provide any needed information to distributors on PO/delivery/stock when it is required.

Context and environment

  • The complexity of the work, which is caused by large number of SKUs.
  • Total distributors : 28 distributors. And also 3 direct customers (SRI, PHM and Mensa).
  • A good coordination with Sales team in fulfilling distributor’s demand on product.

Candidate profile

  • Hold a Diploma Degree in any major
  • 1 year experience in the similar job-responsibilities
  • Be familiar with SAP
  • Computer literate (MS Office)
  • Fluent in English
  • A team player and a fast learner
  • Detailed-oriented and diplomatic in dealing things
  • Good interpersonal skill
