Talent Sourcer will responsible for identifying and recruiting candidates with highly technical and specialized skills to fill our team's needs.
Job Description: 1. Developing a sourcing strategy. By collaborating closely with the talent acquisition team, people search own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects, and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency.
2. Sourcing. Sources suitable candidates through various sourcing channels in various ways.
3. Lead generation. Find suitable candidates from various job boards, platforms, social media, and other (online) channels
4. Candidate outreach. Reach out to active or passive candidates. The talent source needs to talk to and engage with all sorts of people they don’t know, conduct initial candidate screenings, responsible for setting up interviews, and maintain recruitment correspondence
5. Candidate database. Create talent pipelines for current and future hiring prospects and manage the company's candidate database.
6. Analytics and reporting to keep optimizing the sourcing strategy and process based on data.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (preferable from the Information Technology background)
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in the Recruitment area (Having an experience in a Technology Company is preferable)
3. Knowing how to use sourcing tools and technology: knowing how to use candidate sourcing software, and navigate the company’s ATS
4. Knowledgeable of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other (online) channels
5. Is able to reach out to different types of candidates and engage with them
6. Needs to be comfortable talking to and engaging with all sorts of people they don’t know.
