What would you do in this role?

  • Responsible for Legal documentation and looking after compliances (such as Product Registration and Licensing);
  • Provide legal assistance to CoLearn Group with regards to Contract Management i.e., from drafting, negotiating, ensuring execution to performance and updating the team lead;
  • Responsible for overseeing and assisting the team w.r.t. securing assets such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, brand names (registrations & renewals);
  • Collaborate with team leaders and internal stakeholders of CoLearn Group on compliance, documentation and data protection requirements and to continuously promote a culture of compliance, integrity and data protection.
  • Provide assistance and support on work as may be required by the legal team Lead.

  • You've had experience in EdTech
  • You have experience working for a startup who have scaled 0 to1
  • Technical expertise with CRMs, business intel platforms will be an added advantage
