Job Responsibilities:

  • Be part of Indonesia management team to lead Indonesia strategy and execution. Also, define and deliver the country IT strategic plan in alignment with global and regional IT strategy
  • Managed IT team to provide appropriate solutions for internal & external customers in accordance to company IT strategy and policy and ensure business continuity with proper IT Service Level
  • Partner with other function heads collaboratively expediting company growth and sustainability
  • Managed/influenced agenda of country strategy and ensure delivery of plans in country within agreed schedule and budget
  • Ensure IT standard solutions / governance processes according to global IT strategy are adopted and practiced in the country.
  • Interfaced with global IT teams as well as Regional IT Directors to ensure successful project implementation and adherence to global standards ie governance and methodology.
  • Provided team developments and retain talents
