Job Description

A clothing brand from Australia is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Personal Assistant (Full-time, Bali based).

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with fitting and tailoring of garments including size grading (working together with patternmaker)
  • Taking basic photos of models in garments
  • Assist in the sourcing of fabrics, materials, suppliers and manufacturers
  • Handling in-depth research on matters as requested
  • General administrative duties regarding business-related activities, including but not limited to social media, staff & the general running of the factory
  • Produce reports, presentations, briefs and spreadsheets
  • Basic administrative duties regarding legal matters
  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Devise and maintain an office filing system

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Proficient in written and verbal English communication
  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in the garment/fashion industry
  • Happy to take on any given task with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision
  • Available to work with flexible hours

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Personal Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Fashion Industry: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
