Lonza Capsugel Indonesia is looking for a Project Engineer. Reporting into the Facility Manager, you will be responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of site capital projects in our Cibinong, Bogor site.
Key responsibilities:
Manage site capital projects from initiation phase to completion. Drive the planning, concept design, tendering process, project kick-off, material approval, and detailed timeline.
Monitor and supervise the execution of the project on the quality, timeline, and cost.
Prepare master list documents and coordinate with Supply Chain regarding master list monitoring.
Ensure projects and documents/drawings are properly handed over the users according to master schedule.
Coordinate and collaborate with local and global engineering group, users, supply chain and EHS.
Support Purchasing team on the vendor selection and quotation review in technical aspect .
Prepare project status reports in weekly and monthly basis. Prepare the actual cost and payment forecast report.
Conduct checks on all documents submitted by Vendor.
Key requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Adequate experience as Project Engineer in manufacturing environment
Good understanding in manufacturing equipment/utility system.
Experience in using AutoCAD, 3D
Good understanding in Civil, Mechanical-Electrical drawing
Proficiency in MS Office
Good verbal and written communication in English
