Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as Electrical & Automation Engineer, you will be responsible to provide Electricity and Automation (E&A) professional and technical operational activities, also enforcing all Manufacturing Execution System (MES) - E&A activities enhance business objectives, product quality and plant operation/ performance.
A day in the life of...

Participate in Capital Investments Projects in the factory to ensure the technical solution follows corporate and market standards and delivered with the expected quality
Responsible in preparation of the user and technical specifications, coordinating the requirements of main users (production, quality, etc.), and follow up of solution development, pre-test, implementation and training of operators and maintenance crews.
Ensure all MES-E&A installations and documentations are comply with company standards.
Ensure Management of Change is in place to appropriately manage modifications in the MES-E&A solutions.
Ensure the application of market and local MES-E&A related legislation (i.e., electrical, calibration, etc.)
As key person in the continuous improvement of our factories through mastering the process and product characteristics.

What will make you successful

Minimum Bachelor of Electrical and / or Automation Engineering
Having 3 years of experience in Automation and/ or Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Engineer with Electrical experience
Independent player and self-driven but able to work in a team
Able to manage multiple tasks independently under challenging deadlines
Good Interpersonal, communication, leadership, and presentation skills
Have deep insight of the processes and continuously strive for the improvement
