Uraian Tugas

  • Maintain excellence in customer service
  • Handle all guest correspondences and ensure prompt follow ups
  • Attend to operational problems and needs promptly including customer complaints inquiries and requests
  • Assist Front Office Manager to achieve the Front Office objectives

  • Minimum 1 year experience in the same position at 4/5 International Hotel chain
  • Good english communication
  • Highly motivated, ability to work under pressure
