Job Description

Maintain project located outside Indonesia (remotely / onsite if needed)

Understand root cause analysis approach

Maintain project timeline with Agile / waterfall methodology depending project situation

Maintain customer satisfaction on project deliverables quality

Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

Report and escalate to management as needed

Report Project Progress and Cost Tracking periodically
Experience as Project Manager for IT projects

Bachelor degree from Information Technology, Information System and Management

Banking knowledge, Core Banking System Implementation

Fluent in writing and conversation for English

Fluent using microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint)

Fluent in project management tools (Ms Project, JIRA, Teamwork, or similar)

Strong background in one of area : Programming, Networking, IT Security, System Analysis

Have training minimum one of kind : PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, PROJECT+ Adaptive / predictive project management skill

Proactive, strong communication skill, negotiation, decision making, confidence, decision making

Able to do multi tasking activity
