Minimum 7 years of working experiences, with strong experiences in customer service management from manufacturing industries
Good technical skills in customer service management starting from order processing, inventory control, shipping, export, complain handling and also familiar with SAP system
Able to communicate in English, hard worker, detail oriented and has good interpersonal skills
Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization.
