Job Responsibilities
Support in recruitment process activities for administration, documentation, and scheduling of the recruitment process
Support in making reports on the progress of recruitment activities
Create job advertisements
Ensure that supporting documentation for recruitment activities is available
Recording administration and documentation of general affairs work
Maintaining payment invoice for recruitment & general affair
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any major with min GPA 3.00
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and/or have 1 (one) year experience as HRGA Staff
Have basic knowledge of recruitment and general affair
Familiar with Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Powerpoint
Have a multi-tasking ability and can work independent as well as in a team
Have good communication skill
Previous experience in customer service/contact center minimum 1 year.
