Job Description:

  • Researching potential vendors
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Review quality of purchased product
  • Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
  • Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry tren

Job Requirements:

  • Student of any majors from a reputable university
  • Able to do full time internship (Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM)
  • Have a good knowledge of procurement
  • Proficient in operating Microsoft Office products (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, etc.)
  • Good analytical skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and result oriented
  • Dynamic, creative, tough & fast learner
