About the Job

Bertanggungjawab untuk memastikan administrasi pengiriman dooring di port lengkap
Bertanggungjawab atas visibilitas pergerakan dokumen dan barang terhadap para stakeholder internal dan external (customer)
Bertanggungjawab atas pengiriman bundling dokumen diterima tepat waktu kembali ke Surabaya untuk proses pembayaran vendor dan penagihan ke customer
Bertanggungjawab untuk melakukan administrasi proses pembayaran vendor dan penagihan ke customer
Bertanggungjawab melakukan scan terhadap semua dokumen bundling sebelum pengiriman
Membuat laporan dooring secara berkala ke Operation Head

Minimum Qualification

Min D3 dari Ketatalaksanaan Pelayaran Niaga dan Kepelabuhan
Memiliki pengalaman min 1 tahun dibidang yang sama
Mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
Mampu mengoperasikan komputer dengan baik
Berdomisili dan bersedia ditempatkan di Cabang Samarinda
