• Responsible for attaining individual target (services channel)
• Maintaining good relationship with dealer / reseller/ service partner
• Support some administrative duties
• Implement service strategy through IB coverage directly and through channels and develop the market for achieving our country strategy for 2021.
• Initiate and close big deals negotiations of key contracts.
• Coordinate the flow of information for sales activities and transactions, including leads, orders, contracts, etc. and evaluate data to ensure achievement of goals.
• Identify and manage potential risks relating to contract agreements across customers/channels.
• Ensure quality screening of Projects and provide meaningful input to back office teams
Qualifications - External
• Minimum Associate degree (D3), preferably majoring in Electrical, Electronic or IT
• Minimum 2 -3 years experience as sales administrator or customer service
• Customer service skills (telephone, problem-solving and resolving complaints)
• Good verbal communication skills; able to communicate to all levels, both internal and external customers
• Proficient in MS office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Able to work independently
• Self-motivated and possess the ability to multi-task
