We are looking for a Supervisor Fleet Management who will be based in Surabaya/Sukorejo.

Your ‘day to day’

  • To effectively supervise third party and coordinate fleet management plans,
systems, policies and standards across the function of Commercial,
Operations (incl. Logistic) and General/Management.
  • Having analysis thinking and support services for business operations in areas
which meet with business need and requirement standards of effectiveness,
efficiency and legal compliance (in term of vehicle provisioning, budget
preparation, budget execution, permit/license, document keeping, sticker
branding, vehicle maintenance, safety standard application, insurance, project
support, transactional administration and other services) for all vehicle
category (work-tool vehicle, benefit car and pool vehicle).
  • Spv fleet also responsible to review and maintain the fleet project, among
others: Fleet Management System, Global projects that needs to elaborate
with Global team and also improve quality and cost efficiency.

Who we’re looking for

  • Technical Information/Finance/Industrial Engineering
  • 2 years experience, preferably for technical information or finance or who
have skills and intention to fast learning, customer oriented, forward looking
and good communication.
  • Indonesia and Fluent English
  • Advance Excel, knowing SAP, familiar with Website Based and Power BI.
