Together with Supervisor Warehouse working on calculation of Warehouse Occupancy, Productivity, People, and Warehouse Tool / Equipment.
Do the employee performance review and report to HR Dept. and General Operation Manager.
Actively seeking for operation improvement and propose to General Operations Manager.
Coordinate with other Department regarding Internal / External Audit, HSE Audit, Employee, Transport etc.
Work together with Supervisor to review and approve change in SOP and WI.
Maintain and improve close working relationship with customers.
Develop the skills of team members in accordance with the specified matrix skills.
Good skills on graphic design.
