Associate Manager - CI & QP





YOUR TASK & RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Responsible for designing continuous improvement on quality aspect of quality department and ensure implementation of the improvement in the shopfloor.
  • Supervise the continuous improvement activities with all sub areas within Quality Department.
  • Coordinate the progress tracking of quality project management and financial control within Quality function.
  • Coordinate the activity that led to order quality function having capacity calculation evaluation within Quality function.
  • Responsible to manage the implementation Product Supply System performance dialog and tier structure in Quality function.
  • Ensure and review PDCA implementation during performance dialog of assigned leading KPI for Quality function.
  • Analyze key Quality processes that are creating major hurdles and recommend necessary revision on specific Quality standards to address gaps.
  • Lead deployment of design and recording measure of Cost of Quality in Cimanggis site alignment with global workstream of cost of Quality.

WHO YOU ARE


  • Bachelor’s degree major in Pharmacist/Chemical.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret Bayer guideline and global guideline, writing report, business correspondence and procedure manual in English.
  • Ability to manage good work atmosphere among internal team and with other teams.
  • Understands know how on current GMP as well as other relevant national and international regulation forpharmaceutical products (GMP codes).
  • Computer literate for standard office operational.
  • Skilled to work within an international team and has ability to work within team.
  • Be able to resist any influence, which would hamper management decision making.
  • Incumbent should be comfortable with public speaking, specifically in a workshop instructor role.
