Job Description

As the Associate Manager, Production (Maintenance), you are responsible to manage overall plant repair maintenance activity in Indonesia and to support manufacturing team to achieve plant KPI Target which consists of Safety, Quality, Production Output, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Schedule Adherence and Cost/Unit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define & implement maintenance strategies, increase equipment reliability and reduce downtime [increase MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures), reduce MTTR (Mean Time To Repair)]
  • Define, plan & execute robust Preventive Maintenance Program for plant equipment, utility & infrastructure, to ensure maximum availability for plant to run 24/7, 342 days in a year with more than 90% utilization
  • Build, manage and control overall repair maintenance budget for the plant, establish robust cost management to ensure execution excellence and budget control
  • Lead maintenance team organization effectively to support delivery of agreed KPI
  • Build and strengthen the Maintenance Team capability through proper succession plan, knowledge management and people development
  • Actively involved in continuous improvement, SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) and Quality Program
  • Work collaboratively with Engineering team to maintain and improve overall plant utility, equipment and infrastructure through Capex program
  • Support on delivering Cost Saving Initiative and Target for the plant

Required Skills / Experience / Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Maintenance Management, with 3 years of experience in managerial position
  • Has knowledge on automation and skilled in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)
  • Maintenance and Production background, preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry
