Job Desk

  • Monitoring Real Time operasional semua layanan yang terdapat di dalam operasional call center.
  • Mampu dalam menangani Traffic call/Chat
  • Melakukan pengecekan attendance, adherence dan menemukan ketidaksesuaian setiap agent Costumer Service Call Center.
  • Menjalankan action plan/recovery plan saat terjadi peningkatan call.
  • Membaca dan menginterprestasikan kondisi real time dari reporting tools per interval.
  • Membantu pencapaian target service level baik itu per interval maupun per daily.

Kualifikasi

  • Usia Maksimal 30 tahun.
  • Minimal D3 – S1 semua jurusan.
  • IPK Minimal 3.00.
  • Pengalaman 1 tahun di dunia RTFM
  • Menguasai Excel
  • Bersedia bekerja shifting
  • Penempatan Yogyakarta
