Job Description

Handling and assisting the team at various strategic corporate matters, including but not limited to companies establishment(s), acquisition(s) and other investment-related transactions;

Advising day to day company's activities related to investment, JV establishment, licensing, IPO and M&A;

Regulatory monitoring, esp related to investment, M&A, IPO;

Conducting research to the relevant government authorities;

Day-to-day tasks will include but not limited to conducting legal researches, preparing and/or reviewing agreements, legal memorandums and various other legal documentations
Bachelor of Law degree;

Min. 2 years of work experience, preferably in a law firm or a similar position in a start-up company;

Working knowledge of general corporate, investment law and IPO;

Experiences in handling corporate M&A matters will be an advantage;

Positive attitude, self-motivated, eager to learn;

Ability to work under pressure and adapt in a fast-paced work environment;

Ability to work across departments;

Proactive, flexible and detail-oriented;

Strong analytical, problem-solving skill;

Professional English proficiency;

Excellent legal drafting (both Indonesian and English) skill
