Job Responsibilities

Conduct and analyze the activities of the procurement process for goods and/or services for the company needs in accordance with the Procurement Standard Operations Procedure (SOP) and applicable company policies

To carry out the procurement process on requests for procurement of goods and/or services from the Business Unit in the form of a PR (Procurement Request) in accordance with the Procurement Standard Operations Procedure (SOP) and applicable policies including the specified targetted time.
To conduct procurement mechanism along with the required documents for the purchase of goods and/or services and together with the Superior and the Procurement PDCA Officer coordinate with the Legal Department in the preparation of contract draft for the procurement of the goods and/or services.
To carry out the process of sourcing suppliers/contractors, by conducting surveys (price offers, administrative documents) to select the right supplier and contractor in terms of price and service, including during the delivery process, service work and after sales service so that project activities to ensure can be carried out properly and in accordance with predetermined standards.
To coordinate with superiors, tender committees and other internal parties in carrying out stages of the tender process including requesting approval of all documents resulting from the tender process
Recording every report / document at the stage of the tender process for the procurement of goods and services as well as providing reports to superiors and the parties concerned to ensure that these stages can run well and smoothly.
Documenting changes in technical and commercial aspects including prices of goods and/or services during the process of procurement of goods and/or services
Doing other work assigned by the superior
Job Requirements
Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in any disciplines
Minimum 5 years experience in Procurement Buyer preferably from Power Plant, Pulp & Paper, EPCM Contractor, Chemicals Plant, Steel Fabricator & Workshop, Water Treatment Plant Industry
Have good understanding about procurement and tender process
Have good knowledge about ERP System and all program under Windows
Preferably have good understanding about INCO Terms 2020, HS Code including Custom Process
A strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges in a collaborative team environment
Have good communication and interpersonal skill
