Job Description
1. Develop social media strategy and planning for multiple official accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok)
2. Conduct detailed analysis of social engagement performance and make actionable recommendations for both short-term and long-term perspectives
3. Manage social media ads boosting strategy; monitor and optimize budget efficiency on day to day basis
4. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders within Lazada (local & regional counterparts) to ensure smooth execution of cross-functional projects/campaigns
5. Efficiently execute publishing, tracking, and boosting tools in all social platforms
6. Provide competitive insights and conduct social media listening on daily, weekly and monthly basis
7. Identify social content opportunities that drive customer, seller value, brandings and communication
8. Cooperate to define, execute strategy & planning roadmap, report and projects
9. Manage and implement all organic social engagement campaigns across social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok)
10. Coordinate with other cross functional departments like analytics, commercial, and product owners Job Requirements
Minimum 3-4 year of relevant work experience developing social media content for a company/brand or working experience at digital or advertising agencies - preferably in the ecommerce space
A background in social media or digital media
Highly skilled in online / social media communications.
Drive, competence, flexibility and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work with people at all levels within/outside the corporation.
Experience working within a social media environment
Digital savvy with a passion for the digital landscape and knowledge of how platforms work, with experience in social listening and data analytics
Comfortable with using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Agile and able to adapt quickly. Can operate in a high-growth business where change is constant, and flexibility is key to ensure success for the greater team
